I own/operate a Sony Venice camera package, with professional power, grip, lighting and sound equipment designed to support a wide range of productions, from corporate communications through commercials, branded content and high-end documentary work. For larger projects I coordinate additional crew and equipment hire to augment this core package. Equipment choices are always driven by the needs of the production rather than ownership, and I’m happy to integrate hired or specialist kit as required.
I work from an EV production vehicle which acts as a mobile base for camera, power and equipment. This allows additional options to be on hand in the field and supports efficient working on location with off-grid operation where required. The aim is simple; reliable equipment and crew, the highest possible image quality and a flexible setup that supports the production rather than dictating to it.

Camera Grip
Camera grip support is scaled to suit the demands of each project, from lightweight documentary setups to more involved commercial and narrative work. I specify the appropriate stands, frames, support and movement systems to maintain safe, efficient working practices and greater control of the image on location.
This represents the level of grip typically carried and coordinated before a dedicated professional grip becomes the more appropriate solution.

Lighting & Grip
The lighting package I work with regularly is built around a flexible mix of key fixtures, panels and practical control tools suited to documentary, branded and commercial environments. Some elements form part of my core kit, while others are brought in depending on the specific look, scale and access requirements of the project. The aim is always to provide the right level of control without introducing unnecessary scale.
This represents the level of lighting I typically operate with before a dedicated gaffer and full lighting vehicle become the better solution.

Sound
I offer a location sound package including radio microphones, boom and a traditional analogue Sound Devices mixer paired with 32-bit recorder for maximum flexibility in post. A custom wireless hop system feeds clean scratch audio directly to the camera while recording isolated tracks separately.
For more complex productions, I work alongside a dedicated sound recordist where appropriate.

I’m a CAA registered drone operator certified in the A1 and A3 category, and currently working towards the A2 Certificate of Competency. As a junior UAS pilot I’m able to capture a range of simple aerial shots safely and legally, providing useful establishing and landscape footage where appropriate. For more complex aerial cinematography, FPV work or operations involving larger cinema camera payloads, I collaborate with experienced specialist pilots and operators. This ensures the highest level of safety, compliance and creative execution when more advanced aerial work is required.
